Houston at Seattle

The Houston Astros have found themselves in a heated pennant race with primarily Oakland, but Seattle is certainly in the hunt. The Mariners have tailed-off some, but are still in the chase and have an opportunity to make some headway in this series. The problem is, Game 1 offers a huge pitching advantage to Houston as the Mariners wheel out Felix Hernandez. A few short years ago Felix was dominating MLB hitters, but injuries and age have taken its toll. The M's are +17 games over .500, but three games under with Hernandez on the mound, the worst mark since his rookie year in 2005. Meanwhile, the Astros are 18-7 in Gerrit Cole's 25 starts this season, winning by over three runs a contest. Make the play on Houston.
