Houston at Las Vegas

The Oakland A's might be on their way to major league history. The A's are a woeful 27-73 on the season. After beating Boston two games straight, they have dropped the first two games in this series to Houston. Houston is 14-4 behind Christian Javier this season, but he hasn't pitched well in recent games. The opponent in his last seven starts has scored 54 runs or 7.8 runs per game! Oakland will go with Paul Blackburn and they have been competitive at home where they are 2-3 in his five starts, with two of the three losses coming by a single run. I think Oakland can score against Javier, and Blackburn has been competitive at home. I like Oakland in this one.
