Houston has won four straight and seven out of eight after beating the Angels again, and this time it was 9-5 in 12 innings on Wednesday night. The Angels have dealt with some devastating injuries this season and still hovered around the .500 mark, but the team appears to have run out of gas and has lost six in a row while allowing 29 runs its last three games. Lance McCullers, Jr. is 12-4 with a 3.11 ERA overall and 7-1 and 2.53 on the road. Also, McCullers is 9-1 in night games with a .201 opponent batting average. The right-hander has easily handled the Angels this season giving up six runs in 25 2/3 innings.
