Houston has claimed both games in their season-opening series at the LA Angels. They hung a 13 spot on the Angels in game two, and look to do more damage tonight vs LA starter Noah Syndergaard will get the ball for the Angels. He missed just about the entire season a year ago finishing 0-1 with a 9.00 ERA. Syndergaard is a quality pitcher but it is going to take some time for him to build up arm strength and will be vulnerable early. Justin Verlander is an elite pitcher and he will get the ball for Houston. Verlander owns a career 3.23 ERA vs LA in 25 decisions, and I like him in this one. Make the play on Houston.
