Detroit at Tampa Bay

Detroit totally blew last night's game after the Rays erased a three-run deficit in the ninth and then Brett Phillips hit a walk-off three-run homer in the 10th for a 7-4 victory. Otherwise, the Tigers are having their best season in five years as the rebuilding process is almost done and they have a shot to finish in second place after winning five of their past eight games. Tampa Bay has won just four of its last nine games and it faces Tarik Skubal, who is on a pitch limit the remainder of the season and he threw three shutout innings against the Rays on Sunday. Ryan Yarbrough has been destroyed his last two outings while allowing 14 runs on 18 hits in only 4 1/3 innings.
