Detroit at Houston

The Detroit Tigers have the best record in the AL at 18-10 to start the season. This young team has great pitching, and the bats are quickly catching up. The Tigers have allowed the fewest runs in the AL as their opponents have managed just 87 through their first 29 games, or just under three a game. Houston isn't the same team we have seen in recent years. This team is still a great pitching team, but as good as the pitching has been, allowing just 88 runs, the bats have produced just 99. The Tigers have won eight of their last 10 games. I like Detroit in this one.
