The Colorado Rockies have looked like a team that could challenge the Chicago White Sox record for the most losses ever by an MLB team. The Rockies are 6-28 on the season, but a lot of that has come on the road where they are a very ugly 2-17. The Rockies have been somewhat better at home where they are 4-11. The Tigers have been playing solid baseball at 22-13. That is good enough to hold the lead in the AL Central. Jackson Jobe has gotten his big league career in Detroit off to a good start as he is 2-0 with a 3.38 ERA. He has never pitched in Coors Field, and this will be a huge challenge. The Rockies will be glad to be home to open a six-game home stand. This will be the Tigers third city in Game 8 of a 10-game road trip. I like Colorado in this one.
