Jack Flaherty has allowed four runs on 10 hits in 14 1/3 innings his past three starts. Slade Cecconi has faced the Tigers twice this season and given up three hits in 12 innings. Detroit left 15 men on base on Wednesday, which is not much more than they do on many occasions. Cleveland had its lowest batting average in the history of its franchise this year. Take the UNDER.
