Colorado at Miami

Colorado has high hopes this season after winning the wild-card game before losing to Milwaukee in the Division Series in 2018.  Kyle Freeland arguably had the best season for a pitcher in Rockies' history with a 2.85 ERA overall and an even better 2.40 at hitter-friendly Coors Field. Freeland also was effective on the road with a 3.23 ERA and .251 opponent batting average. Miami still is deeply entrenched in a rebuilding mode after finishing with the third-worst record in franchise history. Jose Urena goes today and he finished with a 9-12 record and 3.98 ERA last season, but he was 3-9 at home and didn't get a win anywhere until June. Colorado is 22-6 in Freeland's last 28 starts and the Marlins lost 37 of their last 54 games last year. Play the Rockies.
