Aaron Civale goes tonight for the Indians and he is 4-0 with a 2.94 ERA and his team has won four of his five starts, including 7-4 over the Twins on Tuesday, which was actually his worst outing of the season as he allowed four runs in 7 2/3 innings. Opposing hitters are batting just .188 off the right-hander this year and he generally has kept the ball in the park, allowing only four homers in 33 2/3 innings. Daniel Lynch will make his first appearance for the Royals. Cleveland is 40-16 its past 56 games as a road favorite and the Indians have won eight of the past 10 meetings at Kansas City.
