Cleveland winds up a difficult schedule, playing its seventh straight road game on the West Coast. They were a -175 favorite yesterday but lost at Oakland, 4-3. They're favored again but Hunter Gaddis (9.82 ERA) makes just his fourth career big-league start. The Mariners knocked him around for four runs in 3+ innings and he had an 18.41 ERA in 2022 (7 innings, 15 hits allowed). Oakland plays its sixth straight home game and three of its five games have been decided by one run. Cleveland has never seen left-hander Kyle Muller (1.80 ERA), who was terrific in the opener against Los Angeles (four hits allowed, one run, in five innings).
