Cleveland at Detroit

Detroit manager A.J. Hinch saved Jack Flaherty for a divisional game with an extra day of rest. However, Flaherty is not having a great season as he is 2-5 with a 4.44 ERA. The Tigers have lost seven of his nine starts in 2025. Cleveland has won 10 of 12 against the AL Central, and five of its past seven road games against the Tigers have gone OVER. Detroit is 13-7 OVER its past 20 games, including four of its past five at home. The Guardians ended a five-game skid with a 5-1 win over Minnesota on Wednesday night. Tanner Bibee will start tonight's game and he had gone four straight starts without allowing more than two earned runs before his last outing when he gave up four earned runs in six innings versus Cincinnati.
