Five of the past seven meetings have gone UNDER, and the Guardians have stayed UNDER in 13 of 20 division games. Aaron Civale is coming off three excellent outings, allowing no earned runs in 17 1/3 innings, including a 1-0 win over the Angels on Saturday. The UNDER is 3-0-1 in Civale's past four starts when he pitches with five days' rest. Bibee has a 4.51 ERA this season, and Chicago hitters have a .294 batting average against him in 34 at-bats.
