Cincinnati at Cleveland

The Cleveland Guardians have slipped to 34-32 on the season. They have not played well recently, and they have dropped the first two games of this three-game series. The pitching has done its job, as the Guardians staff has allowed opponents to score more than four runs in just three of their last 12 games. Cleveland was in a similar spot in their last series at home against Houston, dropping the first two games, but came back with an answer in Game 3, and they won. The Reds are 35-33 and have been wildly inconsistent. They recently dropped five of seven games and have followed it by putting together a five-game winning streak.
