Even the best of offenses have slumps, and the Cubs have been finding it challenging to produce runs. The Cubs have scored just 11 runs in their last four games, while their own rotation has limited opponents to 11 total runs as well. The Reds have been an interesting team. Their pitching has seemed to have improved, while their hitting has worsened. Since the beginning of May, the Reds are 16-9 to the UNDER. These teams have each trended down in scoring, and I like the UNDER here.
