Cincinnati at Atlanta

The Atlanta Braves are expecting big things again this season. That did not materialize in their opener as they lost to Cincinnati, 6-3. The loss of Ron Acuna, who will sit out again with a knee injury, leaves a hole in the Braves lineup. They also lost Freddie Freeman, who was signed by the Dodgers, so the core of the middle of the lineup will be missing again tonight. The Braves will send Charlie Morton to the mound, but he has never solved the Reds as he has a career record of 6-8 when facing them backed by a suspect 4.41 ERA.
