The Cubs rose from the ashes quickly after a 96-loss campaign in 2006, to win the NL Central in ‘07 and ‘08. The fall has been equally fast as the Cubs are heading for 90+ losses once again. Their recent play and clubhouse drama shows that this is a team in disarray and that they may have mailed it in, as evidenced by their 1-11 mark in their last 12 games. The Cubs have allowed 92 runs in the 12 games or close to 8 per contest. Numbers like those aren't going to hold against anyone, let alone Tim Lincecum. The Giants are 17-7 at home when Lincecum starts vs. anyone, but 14-3 when he starts vs. a losing team. That’s a big gap between the moneyline and reality, so I'll go with San Francisco here.
