Chicago at Milwaukee

Milwaukee was victimized by Ian Happ, who got both hits for the Cubs with two two-run homers last night and it was enough to give Chicago a 4-3 win in 10 innings. The Brewers will look to bounce back with Brandon Woodruff on the mound and they have won his last three starts, including 5-2 over the Cubs on Sunday when he allowed two runs on four hits in 5 2/3 innings. Woodruff is 5-0 at home with a 2.51 ERA and .181 opponent batting average. Chicago has lost four of seven and it is 27-33 on the road and 16 games under .500 overall. Chicago starter Drew Smyly has a 3.91 ERA and .262 opponent batting average on the road and he hasn't had a lot of run support as his 5-7 record indicates and that trend will continue with the Cubs facing Woodruff.
