The Chicago Cubs and the Miami Marlins have been playing out the schedule for a long time with no post-season hopes. These teams are very similar in record and talent and are separated in the standings by just 2.5 games, which probably matters very little to either team. Miami is starting Jesus Luzardo tonight and Luzardo faced the Cubs in August, pitching a gem where he allowed no runs on one hit while striking out six. The Cubs will start Marcus Stroman who has a career 2.55 ERA vs Miami in four starts. I like the UNDER in this one.
