The Chicago White Sox are on fire with 10 straight wins. Freddy Garcia has pitched well with the White Sox winning his last five starts. Carlos Silva has really been a big bonus for the Cubs, allowing 3 runs or less in 11 of his 13 starts. The Cubs have had a tough time generating offense, and have been able to top the total against a winning team just seven times in their last 33 games. The Cubs are even worse on the road where they have been able to top the total just 15 times in their last 56 road games. These clubs have also had a tough time getting to the total as five of the last six meetings have played to the UNDER. I'll go UNDER in this contest.
