Boston snapped a three-game skid with a 14-1 dismantling of the Astros on Tuesday night, but as often happens the Red Sox probably should have saved some of those runs for tonight as we can expect a lower-scoring game. Boston has won five of Walker Buehler's past six starts and he pitched six scoreless innings on four hits against San Diego on Friday. July and August have been Buehler's best months by far this season. The Red Sox have won six of the past seven meetings and they have won 12 of 15 against American League opponents. Houston has lost 15 of 20 versus the American League. Hunter Brown has allowed just four runs in three starts in 17 1/3 innings while getting little run support. The Astros are 33-27-1 UNDER at home in 2025. Take the Red Sox and the UNDER.
