The Rays have won nine of the past 10 meetings, including all six this year. Spencer Watkins will make his third start for Baltimore and is expected to go no more than five innings. Ryan Yarbrough has allowed only five earned runs his last three starts covering 16 innings, and the Rays won his last two outings.
