Baltimore at Tampa Bay

Baltimore had its best pitcher on the mound on Tuesday night and still got clobbered 10-0 as the Orioles lost their 13th in a row, losing those games by an average of nearly seven runs. Tampa Bay is a season-best 26 games over .500 and will start Louis Head in what will probably be another bullpen game, as Ryan Yarbrough is expected to make an appearance in the middle innings. Spenser Watkins will try again for the Orioles, but he has been knocked around to the tune of 19 runs (18 earned), on 27 hits his last 19 2/3 innings, including allowing five runs on eight hits in six innings against the Rays on August 7.
