Baltimore at San Francisco

Baltimore had gone UNDER five in a row while totaling only 10 runs before exploding for 19 runs its past two games against the Giants. However, Tomoyuki Sugano should put a stop to the onslaught as he has only allowed 16 earned runs his past eight starts and not more than one in three of his past four appearances. This has been Sugano's best month since April as he owns a 2.86 ERA in August for San Francisco. Justin Verlander has been inconsistent all season, but he does come off a good performance on Tuesday when he gave up just two runs on seven hits in six innings as the Giants beat the Cubs 5-2. San Francisco still has the second-best bullpen in the National League with a 3.32 ERA and a 1.20 WHIP. Take the UNDER.
