Baltimore at San Diego

Things have gone right for the Orioles for most of the season. But right now they are in a crucial stretch, and one they have not responded well to. The Birds are just 4-8 in their last 12 games, and are allowing over 5 runs per contest. The on-again, off-again Padres are on right now, going 9-4 over their last 13 games. Baltimore has found life on the road difficult, especially when they face a right-handed starter where they are a woeful 6-16 in their last 22 when facing one. Baltimore is also not getting it done in interleague play vs. a losing team at just 2-7 in their last nine. The Padres step up at home vs. a winning team where they are 19-7 in their last 26.
