Baltimore at Oakland

The Baltimore Orioles have won five of seven to move back into sole possession of first place in the American League East. Baltimore's offense is eighth in the league in runs scored and third in slugging. Starter Kevin Gausman is off a strong start, holding Texas to two runs in seven innings while striking out seven in a win on Wednesday. The  Orioles are 16-6 following a win. Oakland is home, but going nowhere with an offense that is #23 in runs scored, #22 in slugging, all while losing eight of the last nine. The Athletics totaled three runs while being swept at home in a three-game series by the Chicago Cubs over the weekend. Athletics' righty Kendall Graveman (7-7, 4.46 ERA) was knocked around for six runs on nine hits and two homers in four innings at the Angels his last start. Graveman has never had much success against the Orioles and was ripped for six runs on five hits (including four home runs) in 2+ innings at Baltimore on May 8.
