Baltimore is 3-7 on the season after losing 110 games a year ago. I expect a similar fate this season. Baltimore has allowed 5+ runs in half their games already, and that is not going to help the win column improve. That is even more significant with the way the offense has started. Baltimore has scored a pathetic three runs or fewer in eight of their 10 games and two or fewer in seven of them.
