Atlanta at New York

The Atlanta Braves will play a doubleheader in New York vs the Mets. This will be Game 2. The Braves have a huge talent edge over the Mets but one thing about a doubleheader, the manager typically will rest some starters for game two, which is an equalizer. The line here does not reflect that. I think in the case of the Atlanta Braves with a huge lead in the NL East, the rest factor may be even stronger. The Braves Game 2 starter will be Spencer Strider and in three starts vs the Mets, he has a woeful 7.59 ERA. Two of those starts came this season and the Mets scored 18 total runs in the two games. I like the New York Mets in Game 2.
