Cincinnati Reds vs Los Angeles Dodgers

Cincinnati had its four-game win streak snapped witn a 5-2 loss to the Dodgers on Monday, but the Reds look to bounce back with Nick Lodolo starting tonight's game. They have won his past five home starts overall and his past six starts against NL West teams. Los Angeles has lost six of seven versus NL Central opponents and the Dodgers have lost five of six against starters with a WHIP of less than 1.15. Lodolo has allowed only six runs his past five outings in 33 1/3 innings pitched. The Dodgers are 6-0 OVER when Tyler Glasnow starts with five days rest and they have lost 13 of their past 19 games. The Dodgers are only three games above .500 on the road and Cincinnati is 31-23 at home. The Reds have won 10 of 13 against the NL West. Cincinnati hitters have a .771 OPS against Glasnow in 39 at-bats. Take the Reds and the OVER.

Los Angeles is in an unusual spot as it's trying to end a four-game skid although the Dodgers still comfortably lead the NL West. They will have Yoshinobu Yamamoto going today and he is 5-1 with a 3.17 ERA and a 1.06 WHIP and the Dodgers have won his past five starts, including 6-4 against Arizona on Monday when he allowed two runs on seven hits in 6 1/3 innings. Yamamoto has been especially effective on the road where he has allowed just four runs in 22 2/3 innings. Cincinnati has lost eight straight in the third game of a series and the Reds have lost their past four Sunday games. Brent Suter will start a bullpen game for the Reds, who have a 12-15 home record and they are still stuck in last place in the NL Central. Take the Dodgers as a Max Play.

Los Angeles looks to snap a rare three-game losing streak and Walker Buehler will make his fourth start of the year after shutting out the Reds on three hits in six innings last Saturday. Cincinnati hitters are a combined 6-for-35 with no homers against Buehler. The Reds have lost three of Hunter Greene's past four starts and the bullpen has been the culprit as Cincinnati is tied for last in the National League with eight saves. Greene is 0-2 with a 4.19 ERA at home compared to 2-0 and 1.85 on the road. Cincinnati is 0-7 following a win and 0-4 in Greene's past four home starts as an underdog. Los Angeles has won seven of eight against teams that scored at least five runs their previous game. Take the Dodgers.
