Boston has won six of eight after defeating the Brewers on Friday as Jarren Duran hit a go-ahead single in the sixth and the Red Sox held on for a 5-3 victory that snapped a four-game win streak for Milwaukee. Garrett Whitlock will start for the Red Sox tonight and he comes off a fine outing allowing one run on three hits in seven innings against the Angels on Sunday as Boston won 2-1. The Red Sox bullpen has been decent with a 3.47 ERA and 1.21 WHIP and six saves this season and it shut out the Brewers in 2 2/3 innings last night. Boston hitters have had success against Wade Miley with a .342 batting average and .826 OPS against him and the Red Sox have won eight of their past 10 interleague games versus left-handed starters.
