She's finished 2nd in two of her last three at this level on the grass and ran 3rd in the other. Stalker draws outside of the speed, has blinkers added, and leading rider Scott Stevens is aboard.
2nd pick: #1 (Heartofthetemple) (8-5) - The morning line favorite, she ships down from Golden Gate Fields for her local debut. The main speed, she's dropping in class and races first off a trainer change to Mike Chambers (28% with new arrivals). 4yo has the rail and is a strong win candidate.
3rd pick: #3 (Forestone) (3-1) - Well bred filly has exchanged decisions with 'Chelokee's Gem' in her last pair. Stretch runner should receive a good ground saving trip as filly can get to the hedge soon after the break. Must be left in the mix.
4th pick: #4 (Petra's Bolt) (6-1) - This is only her second start. Filly raced evenly in her debut here at this level on the grass Feb. 14th. She finished behind both 'Chelokee's Gem' and 'Forestone' that day, but was well within range of that pair. Can grab a share with some improvement, but all three of the top selections are better win candidates.
