Premium Pick

Top pick: #3 (GOD OF WAR) (6-5) - The probable favorite, he's dropping down in class and moving from turf to dirt. Stalker has never won on dirt but did finish third here at this distance facing tougher on Jan. 14. He gets a slight edge.

2nd pick: #5 (Good Company) (5-2) - Consistent sort has finished second in both local starts since coming here from Golden Gate Fields in December. His latest saw him miss by less that a length at this level and mile trip Jan. 21. That was his first off a Pedro Hernandez claim and the trainer is in the midst of an outstanding meet 35-13-7-5. Win candidate.

3rd pick: #7 (I Feel Free) (20-1) - Veteran pressed a quick pace and held to finish second here at this distance just two weeks ago. It was his best overall since a win at Northlands Park on July 23rd. He has a fine local record 14-2-5-2 and his early speed makes him dangerous.

4th pick: #2 (Rebel My Man) (8-1) - Since coming here from Hawthorne late last year, he's been competitive without winning in all six starts. Stalker has some back class and must be left in the mix.
