Top pick: #7 (TAMKA) (7-5) - Stretch out sprinter enters off a pair of even efforts here after coming from Santa Anita in early March. Trainer Eric Kruljac had a lot of success at this meet with similar types and this 3-year-old meets a very weak looking field. The horse to beat.
2nd pick: #4 (Donna's First Love) (6-1) - Price play is another that's stretching out and she's shown some sneaky improvement in her last pair. Nearing her best after returning off a pair of layoffs in early March and it's nice to see longshot stringing starts together.
3rd pick: #6 (Cat's Reality Star) (3-1) - Stretch runner moves back to the dirt after a non-competitive effort facing tougher on the grass April 7th. She had gone 4-0-1-3 at this level going two-turns on the local dirt prior to her latest and is a stretch threat in this spot.
4th pick: #2 (Star Princess) (5-1) - Calif. bred is another stretching out and has been racing evenly since coming here from Golden Gate Fields late in 2014. Fits with her best and she'll be a square price.
