Top pick: #4 (WAIT TILL DAWN) - Filly has shown improvement since coming back from a two month layoff in eary January. Daugher of "Giant's Causeway" raced twice last year on the grass to begin her career and was somewhat competitive in each. After the brief rest, trainer Todd Pletcher switched her to the dirt and added blinkers, which have both made her a better horse. She broke her maiden on Feb. 5 at this distance and is working nicely at Palm Meadows for this. The top pick.
2nd pick: #7 (Force De La Nature) - She had a lot of trouble in her seasonal debut at Gulfstream on Feb. 12, but still managed to finish third. Race was her first since late July at Saratoga and trainer Ed Kenneally will stretch her out in distance for the first time.
3rd pick: #3 (Melrose Woods) - Filly pait $92.40 when winning her debut at Santa Anita in late January and this will be her 2nd appearance. Daughter of "Broken Vow" has a new trainer (Leigh Delacour) and is working nicely on this strip.
