(# 4) SOPHIE'S SALAD - Filly is owned by celebrity Chef Bobby Flay, who is a frequent visitor to this famous track. Bred top and bottom for turf, she raced well here as a two-year-old without getting it done. Away until July 15, she deserved a better fate in last, as she was buried in heavy traffic late in the stretch. Cuts back in distance, and makes her second start of the season.

(# 9) Tuckahoe Road - All three efforts are very good tries. Just missed with a strong rally at seven furlongs last out, and today she drops back to 5.5-panels. Field is mostly questionable, but there appears to be a lot of early speed. That should aid this miss.

(# 2) Frozen Prospect - Linda Rice seems to specialize in these short turf events and this filly is making her second start off a seven-month freshening, and should be much sharper today.

(# 5) Slewfoundmoney - Curiously has never raced any distance shorter than seven furlongs. The 5.5-furlong distance should help her hold on better, and she certainly appears to be fit enough.
