Top pick: #1 (ANTIPATHY) (5-1) - Late developing daughter of "A.P. Indy" was a sharp winner here of the G3 "Shuvee Hdcp." on July 27th and that was run on a muddy surface. Her speed/stalking style is a big plus as is her rail post in this two-turn contest. Take her for a mild upset.
2nd pick: #6 (Close Hatches) (8-5) - Juddmonte home-bred has gone 11-8-2-0 and earned almost $2.4M when facing only the best of her generation. She has early speed, but is capable of rating and won her only previous "off" track start. Obvious win candidate.
3rd pick: #5 (Belle Gallantey) (8-1) - Mare has always been a good performer but has really stepped it up since being claimed by Rudy Rodriguez last December. She's gone 6-4-0-0 since then and became a G1 winner last out when taking the "Delaware Park Hdcp." She's 7-2-2-1 on wet, going and can factor at a big price.
4th pick: #3 (Majestic River) (15-1) - Another late developer, she's also by "A.P. Indy" and enters this with four wins in five starts in 2014. Speedy filly is in the Pletcher barn and still has room for upside.
