2nd pick: #8 (City of Light) (2-1) - Lightly-raced 4yo has gone 8-4-3-1 and his bankroll stands at just over $1M. Colt likes this distance 3-2-1-0 and has been training very fast at Del Mar for his first start since May 26. Speed/stalker has a great outside post and is s very strong win candidate if ready off the three-month break.
3rd pick: #5 (No Dozing) (12-1) - Longshot rallied to win here defeating weaker at this distance July 21. Talented but fragile 4yo was racing off an 8-month layoff that afternoon and ran the 7 furlongs in a swift 1:20.80. He worked fast Aug. 13 and is a threat at a big price.
4th pick: #6 (C Z Rocket) (9-2) - A winner of four of his six starts, he won a minor stakes at Churchill Downs at this distance June 30. He earned a big figure and will be facing his toughest test to date. Tough call, but he's lightly raced, still improving, and has room for upside.
