2nd pick: #2 (Hail) (6-1) - Home bred by 'Tapit' has been on the sidelines since finishing third in a $100,000 stakes at this distance Jan. 25 at Aqueduct. Three-year-old has worked here six times since June 15, including a half-mile bullet on the training track July 8.
3rd pick: #3 (Quick Quick Quick) (9-2) - Stretch runner is racing beyond 7 furlongs for the first time. She missed by a 1/2 length at this level going 6.5 furlongs at Churchill June 17 in her 2nd back following a 7.5-month layoff and earned the highest last out figure of any of these. Must be left in the mix.
