2nd pick: #5 (Cypriana) (3-1) - Another that's lightly raced, she finished 2nd of eight, beaten a length going six furlongs at this level June 24 at Belmont. An obvious contender and a strong win candidate.
3rd pick: #10 (Palladian Bridge) (20-1) - Longshot tired while wide after chasing the pace in the same last race as 'Cypriana.' It was her first start since Feb. 16, and this veteran mare was in very sharp form before the layoff. 5yo is dangerous at a big price from a fine post and at this 6.5 furlong trip.
