2nd pick: #1 (Offlee Brawn) (5-1) - Monmouth shipper has the best early speed and breaks from the rail. He was an easy winner there July 8 and it was by far a career best performance. Capable barn (Kelly Breen) has him nicely spotted and speed in these nine furlongs races at Saratoga is always a big plus.
3rd pick: #3 (Planet Trailblazer) (5-2) - Even-paced type has been competitive in all of his dirt starts. He's gone 6-1-3-2, has two turn experience, and should be making up ground during the stretch run.
