Working bullets at Monmouth since, he draws the ground saving rail and will get a fast pace to rally into. The top pick in a very contentious 84th running of this prestigious stakes.
2nd pick: #3 (Morning Line) - Speed/stalker has banked over a million dollars and lost by a neck last fall at Churchill in the rich Breeder's Cup Dirt Mile (G1). Working fast locally and he's the only horse entered who has won here at this trip( an 11 length allowance win August 21st of last year). He'll be in this from start to finish.
3rd pick: #5 (Tizway) - The probable favorite has been expertly managed by trainer Jim (007) Bond over his 19 race career.Veteran son of "Tiznow" got his first G1 win May 30 in the "Met Mile" at Belmont and has been in steady training here since. Has a flexible style and is an obvious win threat.
4th pick: #6 (Mission Impazible) - He ran a huge race last out when beaten a neck at Churchill June 18 in the G1 Stephen Foster at Churchill Downs. Earlier this year he won the New Orleans H.(G2) at the Fair Grounds over a solid field. Working fast for this and is a threat turning for home.
