(# 1) Stephen Bruce - Like many horses that compete in these types of races he has a few gaps in his racing lines. From that we can see that he generally runs better after a start or two when he returns off a layoff and that is the case here. Comes back in about three weeks, Espinosa sticks and the price should be right.

(# 8) Cut Trail - May go slightly favored in here off the "Drysdale" reputation. Another with multiple layoff lines but he has been quite competitive in the majority of his starts.
