Premium Pick

Top pick: #8 (TRIBAL CUSTOM) - She took some money when debuting at Del Mar on August 24th and raced evenly after breaking "slowly" and having some traffic issues. Trainer Marty Jones has worked her twice since and moves this daughter of "Tribal Rule" to real dirt. Price play.

2nd pick: #11 (Flamboyance) - She finished second when debuting at Del Mar for $40K July 26th and was claimed away from Bob Baffert by Pete Miller that afternoon. Brought back almost six weeks later and raised in class, she chased a fast pace and held her position until the final 1 1/16th. Win candidate.

3rd pick: #9 (A Little Luckier) - Home-bred finished second when debuting at this level on July 14th and has raced evenly in her last pair. Trainer Carla Gaines drops her into a claimer and races her on real dirt, both for the first time.

4th pick: #6 (Kevin's Kool Kat) - She's been bet in both appearances and has finished second and third in those two outings. Freshened up since Aug. 9, filly fits and is yet another contender in a 'deep' contest.
