It was her first since Oct 4, first in North America, and first for trainer Chad Brown. Filly is training well since and Brown brings Javier Castellano in from New York for the mount.
2nd pick: #4 (Fanticola) (5-1) - Very consistent veteran has been sharp in eleven straight starts, all on the grass facing stakes foes at various distances. She missed by a 'neck' a year ago in his G1 contest and is a threat with her usual big effort.
3rd pick: #1 (Nancy From Nairobi) (5-2) - English bred mare has won three of five starts since being imported with all of those races coming on this course. Stalker likes the distance, has the rail, and must be considered a major threat.
4th pick: #5 (Elektrum) (6-1) - Irish import has a strong closing kick and was within range of both 'Fanticola' and 'Nancy From Nairobi' going a mile May 5. She's two for four at this distance and would love a fast and/or contested pace to develop.
