2nd pick: #4 (Miss Indefatigable) (10-1) - A stretch out sprinter, she set a quick and pressured pace before losing by 2 lengths going 5 furlongs Aug. 22 at Del Mar. It was a good effort and trainer Peter Miller wins at an 18% rate on the distance increase. A 'live' price play.
3rd pick: #2 (Our Romance) (9-2) - She rallied to finish third last out and was only a 'nose' behind 'Y Not Sizzle'. Much improved since switching to the grass, daughter of 'Archarcharch' must be left in the mix.
4th pick: #3 (Too Hot for Curlin) (7-2) - Heavily backed in both starts, she's made strong middle moves in each before flattening out in the last furlong. Within close range of'Y Not Sizzle' in that pair of attempts, she's a threat but needs to do a bit better late.
