2nd pick: #2 (Apollo Ten) (9-5) - The probable favorite, he's dropping down to this $10K claiming price for the first time. Strong finisher has won here in the past and is an obvious win candidate in this spot.
3rd pick: #6 (When We Met) (5-2) - Away since June 21, he had won three in a row before being sent in for the almost 11 month layoff. Working nicely for his return and he has a bit more early speed than 'Apollo Ten.' Must be left in the mix.
4th pick: #7 (My Ole Bud) (8-1) - Lightly-raced grey gelding runs first off a negative trainer following a claim. He has some speed, has won two of his last three, and draws a nice outside post at this 6.5-furlong trip. Can factor if he holds his form after the barn change.
