2nd pick: #2 (My Journey) (4-1) - Blinkers go on lightly raced 4yo who finished a pace-setting third here at this tag going 7 furlongs Oct. 3. It was his first start since July 17, his first on the dirt, and I like that he's back in 23 days and is stretching out in distance.
3rd pick: #5 (Lostinthemoment) (10-1) - Gelding chased before weakenin late to finish 2.5 lengths in back of 'Mike Operator' here at this tag going 6 furlongs Sept. 29. It was his first off a claim, a career best, and think he's a serious player at a big price.
4th pick: #7 (Brazilian Summer) (3-1) - The morning line favorite, he set/pressed the pae and held gamely to finish second of seven, missing by a length here at this tag going 8.5 furlongs Oct. By far a career best, he's an obvious contender if that effort is repeatable.
