Given almost an 8 week freshening by trainer Jerry Hollendorfer, 5-year-old son of 'Curlin' missed by a 1/2 length here at this tag and trip April 28 in his first facing winners. He gets a small edge.
2nd pick: #6 (Moonman) (2-1) - One of two entered by trainer Keith Desormeaux, gelding is taking a big drop in class while switching from turf to dirt. Competitive here at this level March 1, he's a strong win candidate in this spot.
