It was her first back off a seven week break and she had some traffic issues during the stretch run. Daughter of 'Smart Strike' is stretching out a furlong and that's to her advantage.
2nd pick: #7 (Miss Gridley) (10-1) - Longshot tired while wide after chasing the pace in the same last race as 'Treasuring'. It was her first race in eight months and she probably need the start for conditioning purposes. She's worked fast since and should be involved from gate-to-wire at a big price.
3rd pick: #2 (Bellamentary) (5-2) - Talented filly has been on the sidelines since breaking her maiden here going a mile Oct 1. She had finished second when debuting in a sprint at Del Mar Sept 6 and has a fine work pattern on view. Dangerous if ready.
4th pick: #6 (Ok Doll) (6-1) - Another entering off a maiden win, filly did so here Feb 21 going 6.5 furlongs for an $85K claiming price. By far a career best, she has a recency edge on some of these.
