Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #8 (NIETZCHE) (2-1) - Blinkers go on gelding who has finished third in his first two attempts. He's had trouble breaking cleanly in both but last out recovered quickly to press the pace. I give him a slight edge.
2nd pick: #5 (I Dub The) (9-2) - A home bred by 'Animal Kingdom', he was away slowly in his debut but showed much better speed here Oct. 5 in his second start. Both came against tougher and he's dropping into a claimer for the first time. A win candidate.
3rd pick: #3 (Code Gray) (6-1) - He was 3 lengths behind Nietzche' when debuting Aug. 30 at Del Mar, then was 5 in back of him here Sept. 29. A NEW gelding, he's capable of getting a share at a square price.
